2). With the parameters listed below the Let's go Fish'n Committee suggest the following sponsorship program:

· club HOST will conduct the affairs of their hosted outing by individual or committee. This will include minimal trip organizing, lunch KP/ cooking duties, cleanup. Overnight lodging trips the host will be responsible for the Saturday evening meal.

· in sponsoring these trips the club will provide from general funds a supply of hot dogs, hot dog rolls, condiments for each outing, and /or a pot of soup. Beverages will be BYO. The amount of food per trip will be surmised by the outing's HOST, and HOST will be reimbursed accordingly upon presentation of receipt to club's treasurer.

· the HOST for each outing will be responsible to make available 1 dozen flies appropriate for the outing they are hosting. This 1 dozen flies will be presented for raffle at the monthly club meeting prior to the trip. It is understood that any/all club fly tyers maybe asked to help in tying this donation of flies for raffle.

· in the event the club sponsored fishing outing is an overnight trip the club will reserve lodging / up to one half of lodging cost (deposit) within a 250 mile radius of Pendleton. To qualify a trip for club lodging funds, there should be a minimum of 3 FFF/BMF club members making advanced lodging reservations. It will be expected the lodging members will pay their portion of lodging 15 days in advance of outing (first come-first serve). Last minute arrivals may have to set a tent, in the event of overflow.

· whenever possible, a carpool should be established by the HOST to enhance the camaraderie of the outing, and share the expense of fuel/ transportation cost.

We propose that it be discussed that these sponsored outings will be open only to the organization of Blue Mountain Flycasters (FFF) members and their Family.
